Some light browning, marbled, contemporary gilt rule edged mottled calf, some wear to boards, rebacked with much of original spines laid down, intricate gilt tooled compartments with 3 original and 1 modern gilt lettered labels to spines. Volume 1 with a cancel title page? dated 1781, without the subscribers list and not recorded by ESTC.
